Hussein Chalayan One Hundred and Eleven Spring/Summer 2007,
this collection was inspired by his childhood story of as a 3 year old going to visit The Bandit Man (a TV character). As Chalayan says, when he was a 3 year old had no concept of time and space and thought he and his family drove from London to America to see The Bandit Man. Ever since then Hussein has been interested in technology and the impossibility that it can bring. In One Hundred and Eleven collection, Chalayan collaborated with mechanical engineers and programmers to make 6 garments that could transform themselves.
